1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoStack ("the Service"), operated by Recalibrate Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use AutoStack at aiautostack.app.

2. Description of Service

AutoStack is an AI education and deployment platform that provides:

• Structured learning modules covering AI, machine learning, prompt engineering, AI agents, and autonomous systems
• An AI Portal with curated tool rankings, live news feeds, and research paper aggregation
• A Prompt Hub with curated and community prompts
• Downloadable templates, resources, and agent configurations
• A public REST API providing access to platform data and live intelligence feeds
• A Marketplace for buying and selling AI-related digital assets
• Community features including Discord integration

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

AutoStack offers a free tier with access to introductory learning modules, the AI Portal, and community features. The scope of free features may change at our discretion.

4.2 Paid Plans

Pro, Lifetime, and Team plans provide access to all modules, templates, marketplace, and premium features. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.

4.3 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on AutoStack, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code examples, learning materials, and software, is the property of Recalibrate Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any materials from the Service without our prior written consent.

5.3 Downloadable Resources

Templates, configurations, and code examples provided for download are licensed for your personal and commercial use in your own projects. You may not resell or redistribute these resources as standalone products.

6. Marketplace Terms

The AutoStack Marketplace allows users to buy and sell digital AI assets (prompts, agent configurations, templates, etc.). By listing items on the Marketplace:

• You represent that you have the right to sell the listed content
• You grant buyers a license to use purchased items in their own projects
• AutoStack retains the right to remove listings that violate these Terms
• AutoStack may charge a platform fee on marketplace transactions

7. API Terms of Use

The AutoStack Public API is provided for integration with other applications and services. By using the API:

• You agree to respect rate limits and not abuse the API
• You will attribute AutoStack as the data source where reasonable
• You will not use the API to build a competing service
• We reserve the right to modify, throttle, or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice
• API data is provided "as is" without warranties regarding accuracy or completeness

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute harmful, misleading, or illegal AI-generated content

9.1 Educational Content

AutoStack provides educational content about AI technologies. This content is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. AI technologies evolve rapidly, and while we strive to keep content current, some information may become outdated.

9.2 Third-Party Tools and Services

AutoStack references and provides information about third-party AI tools, frameworks, and services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

9.3 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECALIBRATE INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Recalibrate Inc. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, through email notification or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of AutoStack after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
